Where do you deliver the DIY kit to?

We're currently deliver within Nottingham only

Can I specify a time slot for delivery?

We can't guarantee what will be the time slot but usually around midday

Can I change or refund my order?

Any request to change or refund your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it.

Can I customise the contents of my DIY Kits?

Unfortunately we are not able to facilitate this just yet.

How long will the fish keep in the fridge?

Unopened for 2 days, once open consume within 24 hours.

Can I freeze the fish?

No, do not re-freeze.

​

Can I keep cooked rice in the fridge overnight?

Yes, but we advise cooking fresh each time for max enjoyment!
